    This is a group for clients who have participated in previous Anishnaabemowin classes with John Roy. This program welcomes Indigenous (First Nations – status or non-status, Inuit, Metis) self-identifying women who are interested in sharing and growing their Anishinabeemowin language and cultural knowledge.

    The Creative Expressions group will spend Tuesday afternoons at Allen Gardens Greenhouse writing, journaling, beading, and exploring different forms of artful expression. Rebecca our Education Assistant, with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing will lead the group along with special guests.  This program welcomes Indigenous (First Nations – status or non-status, Inuit, Metis) self-identifying women who are interested in making art and practicing their creative writing.  Creative Expressions will be held every Tuesday from 4:30-6:00pm, beginning on July 9th and going until the end of August.
