Diabetes is one of the highest percentage of illness among indigenous peoples in Canada. We
are providing clients with the resources to help them prevent, education or maintain diabetes
through nutrition workshops, demos, discussions and fitness exercises.

Drop-In (Personal Needs Support Program) is accessible two days/week Tuesdays 10am-12:15pm and Thursdays 1:30pm-3:45pm on a first come first serve basis – Limited to one visit per client per week.

experienced domestic violence. This workshop gives clients information and strategies to make
healthy and positive changes in their lives and in the lives of their children. Upon completion,
the clients will receive an incentive for their commitment and dedication to their self-work.
