    Liberty Moves

    14:00-16:00
    2019-04-02

Liberty Moves is a trauma-informed strength training program that takes a holistic, culture-based approach to cardiovascular and weight training. It is a program for reconnecting with our bodies and spirits in a grounded and loving way. Each session has both physical and mental/spiritual/emotional components as we move our bodies and also sit with one another to learn about and discuss our journeys back into relationships with ourselves.
