One-on-One Tutoring

Nbaakaawin Kwe Education Centre offers one-on-one tutoring to Indigenous (First Nations – status or non-status, Inuit, Metis) self-identifying women. Adult learners are paired with a tutor to improve on subjects such as: math, English, computer skills, life skills, etc. This is wonderful opportunity for those interested in returning to school, increasing their independence, or gaining job readiness skills. One-on-one tutoring appointments are available throughout the week (Monday-Friday), depending on tutor availability.

The Nbaakaawin Kwe (Wisdom Woman) Education Centre is excited to announce a six-week Creative Writing Series. We will meet on Wednesday evenings practice journaling, and storytelling. This workshop series is open to all: no prior experience is needed.
