Drop-In (Personal Needs Support Program)  is accessible two days/week Tuesdays 10am-12:15pm and Thursdays 1:30pm-3:45pm on a first come first serve basis – Limited to one visit per client per week.

Available services:

– clothing bank
– toiletries
– showers Available on Thursdays
– free laundry services (one load/week) Available on Tuesdays

Traditional Teachings-Traditional Workshop Series

With Mary Ann Shoefly & Judy Sackaney

Traditional teachings relative to rites of passage, prophecies, historical impacts on Indigenous people, blood memory and provide alternative cultural translations of their stories – “Gifts.”

Included in these workshops will be discussions around the role of Harm Reduction in ceremonies.

Naming Ceremony-Traditional Workshop Series

Our spirit name is how a Creator identifies who we are, so that we would never be forgotten, even if we have. It is a reminder of who and where we came from, and that we would always be remembered.

Shake Tent Ceremony- Traditional Workshop Series

The participants will commit to the full day of learning including preparation of the tipi, collecting medicines and participation of the ceremony.

This healing ceremony is designed to establish spirit connection, teachings, guidance and direction, responsibility and healing.

Honouring Grief & Loss-Traditional Workshop Series.

Understanding the historical influences affecting us and the long-term effects of accumulated grief and loss. To explore the issue is to reach an understanding and develop healthier coping skills. This acknowledgment enables us to develop our own sense of personal power.
